SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our packages via Canada Post and our products are available to ship worldwide.
All packages are sent to the shipping address provided during checkout. Orders are generally ready to be shipped within 3-5 days once the order has been confirmed (except otherwise noted on the posting).
US / INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please note that customers are responsible for additional brokerage, duties and custom fees that may be incurred by their destination country.
Please keep in mind, US or International orders may take anywhere between 2 – 3 weeks for your shipment to reach you, depending on the selected shipping method.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the damaged goods, we will replace the items for you. Aside from items that arrived damaged, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problem with your purchase, your satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we will try our best to help you out!
